Adventurous eater who will try anything once.
Am particularly fond of carpaccio, pork chow mein, foie gras, Frankies, strong coffee, scrambled eggs, bhel puri.
Love Hoegaarden, Italian Pinot Grigio, Super Tuscans and reds from Puglia, New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, and Burgundy Chardonnays and, smoky Single Malts.
Don’t have a sweet tooth, but love kala jamuns, mishti doi and chenna payesh.
Amateur gardener. Grow chillies, tomatoes, bell peppers, basil and curry leaf in my balcony garden
Good cook. Like simple easy, recipes; but don’t mind getting down and dirty with a complicated recipe once in a while. Also obsessively photograph every restaurant meal.
Have more frying pans, knives and bottles of olive oil than most Indian households.
Occasionally been compared to Anton Ego.
Not a foodie.
